What Couples Love About Hosting Their Wedding at The Whitewood Ranch in De Leon Springs, Florida

When couples tour our property, the first thing they notice is how calm it feels. Oak trees frame the space. Light pours through the glass. Each area has a clear purpose, so the day feels organized without feeling rigid. We built The Whitewood Ranch to support weddings that flow smoothly, where you can focus on your people instead of logistics.

Couples love hosting their wedding at The Whitewood Ranch because it offers calm, well designed spaces that flow smoothly from ceremony to reception. The venue provides multiple indoor and outdoor settings, on site getting ready suites, built in coordination, vendor flexibility, and clear structure that keeps the day organized without limiting personal style.

Hosting your wedding here means choosing a venue that gives structure without limiting your vision. You bring the style. We provide the setting, coordination, and spaces that let each part of the day feel intentional.

Ceremony Spaces That Let the Moment Lead

Couples love having ceremony options that feel distinct while staying connected. Our newest addition, Esme Lane Chapel, was designed for ceremonies filled with natural light. Tall arched windows frame the space, chandeliers glow overhead, and the bell tower marks your first moments as newlyweds. After the vows, guests move directly into the cocktail atrium inside the chapel, where checkered floors and glass tables create a relaxed place to gather.

For couples who prefer an outdoor ceremony, we also offer The Terrace and The Courtyard. The Terrace sits just outside the main reception hall, positioned so guests move comfortably from ceremony to celebration. The Courtyard rests beneath oak trees, with string lighting and wooden benches that create a simple, grounded atmosphere without relying on florally heavy styling.

Reception in The Grand Verre

The Grand Verre serves as our main reception space. Sleek white walls, stone pillars, and wide windows allow natural light to carry through the room as the day turns into evening. Couples appreciate how open the layout feels, especially when paired with rectangular banquet tables that encourage long conversations and shared moments.

Because the reception hall is fully enclosed, the experience stays comfortable while still feeling connected to the landscape outside. Guests can enjoy dinner, speeches, and dancing without feeling separated from the setting that drew them here.

Spaces That Support the Full Wedding Day

Getting ready on site makes a difference. Our Bridal Suite offers a quiet, elegant space with soft lighting and scenic views, giving you room to prepare, relax, and take photos before the ceremony. The Groom Suite provides a private area designed for comfort and focus, so both sides of the wedding party have space to settle in before the day begins.

Each space is positioned to keep movement simple. No long walks and confusion. Just a clear path from one moment to the next.

Coordination That Keeps the Day on Track

Couples often tell us how reassuring it feels to have a professional wedding coordinator included with their booking. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, our coordination team helps manage timelines, confirm layouts, and guide vendors on the wedding day.

On event day, up to two coordinators are on site to oversee the flow, assist vendors, and manage transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This support allows you and your families to stay present, knowing someone is watching the details.

Vendor Flexibility With Clear Structure

We provide a preferred vendor list that includes photographers, caterers, florists, entertainment, and specialty services. Outside caterers are also allowed with approval and a service fee, giving couples flexibility while keeping standards clear.

Alcohol service is handled by a licensed and insured bartender included with your booking. Couples may supply their own alcohol or select a bar package, with all service managed on site.

What Is Included and What You Plan Separately

Couples appreciate knowing exactly what is provided. Your booking includes access to our ceremony and reception spaces, bridal and groom suites, white padded ceremony chairs, wooden cross-back reception chairs, rectangular banquet tables, setup and breakdown of floor plans, rehearsal time, and a venue walkthrough before the wedding.

Design details, catering choices, florals, and decor styling are planned separately with your chosen vendors. This approach keeps packages consistent while allowing your wedding to reflect your personal taste.

Photo Opportunities Rooted in Architecture and Light

Photographers are drawn to the way light moves across the property. The glass walls of The Grand Verre, the oak-lined outdoor spaces, and the architectural details inside Esme Lane Chapel offer natural backdrops throughout the day. The marble staircase has become a favorite spot for portraits, adding a clean, timeless look without needing heavy styling.

A Setting That Works for Weddings of Many Styles

We host weddings with guest counts up to 200, including the wedding party. The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces allows couples to plan celebrations that feel balanced and intentional, whether the focus is on an intimate ceremony or a lively reception.
