What's Included with Your Reception

Your rental includes the air conditioned reception hall, a professional wedding coordinator, a licensed and insured bartender, setup and breakdown of your reception floor plan, wooden cross-back reception chairs, signature farmhouse tables, and a selection of four arbors if you're using one of our outdoor ceremony spaces. All taxes and fees are included in the total cost.

You'll handle your own floral arrangements, linens, centerpieces, and additional décor. We set up your personal items, but the design is yours. Our coordinator manages the timeline, cues your vendors, and ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on celebrating instead of managing logistics.

Flexibility to Bring Your Own Team

The Whitewood Ranch maintains a list of preferred vendors for catering, photography, florals, beauty, DJ services, and desserts. You're welcome to choose from that list or bring your own team. If you want to get an outside caterer, they must be licensed, insured, and approved by us.

A licensed and insured bartender is included with every booking and is responsible for serving all alcohol. You can stock your own bar or select a package based on your preferences. Candles are allowed if they're in holders with a protective base. Sparklers are permitted if handled safely at least eight feet from the venue.
